Proper exit of voicemail

Exiting Voicemail

This problem is caused by ending your voice mail session with the power/end key and leaving your voicemail session open. For both Sprint and Verizon users, to properly exit, you must press the * (star) key to exit each menu and the system. Once you have exited the system completely it will respond with a “Thank You”. Depending on where you are in the menu system, you may have to press the * key multiple times to fully exit the system.
